Salmon Pasta Bake

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cooking Time: 15 minutes | Serves: 6


  • 500g rigatoni pasta
  • 250g Farmer's Table Spreadable Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 lemon, juice and zest
  • 2 tbsp chives, chopped
  • 120g baby leaf spinach
  • 2 x 150g packets Hot Smoked Salmon, flaked
  • 1 cup coarse breadcrumbs
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
  • Watercress, to serve
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Preheat oven to 180°C.

Cook pasta according to instructions on packet, minus 3 minutes cooking time. Drain and set aside.

Combine cream cheese, lemon juice, zest and chives in a large bowl. Season to taste.

Stir hot pasta, spinach and flaked salmon through cream cheese mixture then transfer to a large ovenproof baking dish. Top with breadcrumbs and grated cheese.

Bake for 15 minutes until golden and serve with fresh watercress.
