Hollandaise Sauce

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cooking Time: 5-10 minutes | Serves: Makes 375ml


  • 7 egg yolks
  • 50ml white wine vinegar or lemon juice
  • 250g Farmer's Table Unsalted Butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Whisk the yolks and vinegar in a heatproof bowl of gently simmering water.

Slowly pour in the butter, whisking continuously, until combined and thickened.

Season and use as required.
