Cream Cheese and Spinach Cob Loaf

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cooking Time: 30 minutes | Serves: 8


  • 400g cob loaf
  • 250g Farmer's Table Spreadable Cream Cheese, softened
  • 250g jar artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
  • 250g frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed
  • 300ml sour cream
  • 40g packet french onion soup mix
  • 100g parmesan, grated
  • Seasonal crudités to serve


Preheat oven to 170C. Slice the top off and hollow out the loaf.

Place Farmer’s Table cream cheese, artichoke hearts, spinach, sour cream, french onion soup mix and parmesan in a bowl; season to taste then mix well.

Fill the hollowed-out loaf with the cream cheese mixture.

Bake for 30 minutes or until the filling is piping hot.

Serve cob loaf dip with seasonal crudités.
